The theme behind the logo

Chennai Clinical Centres

The motif of Chennai Clinical Centres incorporates the essence of the ancient wisdom, handed over down the centuries. The logo of Chennai Clinical Centres is adapted from the ancient symbol of Swastika. The swastika is an ancient symbol that has been used for over 3,000 years. The word “swastika” comes from the Sanskrit svastika – “su” meaning “good,” “asti” meaning “to be,” and “ka” as a suffix. For thousands of years, the image of the swastika was used by many cultures around the world. It transcends all religions.

The basic theme of a centre or a circle from which several limbs radiate is found in every culture and in every religion, as a symbol of good luck. It often stood for the sun and for the tree of life. It is symbolic of the never-ending cycle of life. It has no beginning and has no end.
